Senac e Governo entregam certificados de cursos profissionalizantes do projeto Jovens Preparados Sergipe Mais Forte.
A manhã de quarta-feira, 18 de dezembro, foi de emoção e alegria para 2.381 alunos do ensino médio da rede pública estadual de todo o Estado que receberam seus certificados de conclusão do curso de educação profissional oferecido pelo Senac Sergipe.
Com o apoio do Sistema Fecomércio, o Senac Sergipe ofereceu, ao longo do ano, cursos de formação inicial e continuada para esses estudantes, que agora podem se sentir orgulhosos de suas conquistas e preparados para o mercado de trabalho. Essa é uma grande vitória para a educação profissional no Estado e um passo importante para o desenvolvimento de nossos jovens.
Senac Sergipe: Empowering Youth through Professional Education
In a ceremony held at the Teatro Tobias Barreto, the Senac Sergipe, in partnership with the State Government, through the Secretariat of State for Education and Culture (Seduc), awarded certificates of completion to over 2,300 students who participated in 15 professional courses. The event marked the beginning of a new partnership between the Senac Sergipe and the State Government, which will provide training and education to 59 municipalities in 2024.
The President of the Sistema Comércio, Marcos Andrade, and the Regional Director of Senac, Nilson Lima, handed out the certificates alongside Governor Fábio Mitidieri and Secretary of Education, Zezinho Sobral. The ceremony highlighted the success of the ‘Jovens Preparados Sergipe Mais Forte’ project, which aims to provide young people with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the job market.
The students who received certificates had completed courses in areas such as logistics, tourism, administration, IT, marketing, pharmacy, sales, hospitality, and programming. Many of them, like Kevley Almeida Santos, an 18-year-old from Tobias Barreto, have already found employment in their field of study.
‘I took the course in Marketing and Social Media, which was really dynamic and fun. It helped me a lot to improve my resume, and I’m already working in my city, applying what I learned at Senac,’ said Kevley.
Another student, Stefani Yasmim Melo Freitas, an 18-year-old indigenous student from the Ilha de São Pedro, highlighted the importance of receiving the certification. ‘It was very important for me to receive this certification, as it shows that I have the skills and knowledge to succeed in my field.’
During the ceremony, some students and instructors received special recognition for their projects, which demonstrated the impact of professional education on their communities. One of the instructors, Ramon Cruz, who taught IT courses in the indigenous community of Xokó, in Porto da Folha, received a certification for his project.
‘This certification is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of my students. It shows that they can achieve great things with the right training and education,’ said Ramon Cruz.
The Governor of Sergipe, Fábio Mitidieri, emphasized the importance of the partnership between the State Government and the Senac Sergipe. ‘We are committed to providing our young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the job market. This partnership is a key part of that effort.’
